We understand that the experience of attending mental health treatment may leave you feeling upset, anxious, or even fearful, but you can be assured we will support you throughout. We provide a number of flexible treatment options to suit your needs so that you can feel comfortable in making choices.

We offer individual, tailor-made and flexible care programmes that range from group, family and individual therapy options. These programmes include clearly defined goals and can be customized to ensure that they best suit the patient’s personal needs. Treatments are accessible as inpatient, outpatient or day patient.

Outpatient

Outpatient treatment involves one to one appointments with a consultant psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or therapist. Outpatient therapy sessions usually last one hour, once a week.

Inpatient

Inpatient treatment offers an intensive residential treatment program. Nightingale Hospital London has three specialist mental health inpatient units for adults, General Psychiatry, Addictions, and Eating Disorders and one unit for Young People. Each unit has a team of nurses and a ward doctor who work alongside our consultant psychiatrists and therapists.

Day Patient

Day Patient consists of full days, half days therapy sessions including a selection of different groups and one to one therapy sessions. Day Therapy treatment involves a free assessment where a personalised programme will be devised between our coordinator and the patient.
