Professional experience

Billi is a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor who helps clients with a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. She has extensive experience working with addiction, particularly food addiction, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and eating disorders. Billi also works with dual-diagnosis clients, both privately and through hospital groups. Her therapeutic approach is multifaceted, grounded in trauma-informed care, and focuses on the strengths and uniqueness of each individual.

In addition to her clinical work, Billi provides psychoeducation programs to hospital groups and other mental health organisations.

Billi is dedicated to offering psychotherapy and counselling in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, using the most up-to-date techniques. She takes pride in working within a client-led dynamic and, through her specialist experience, supports individuals with low self-esteem and relationship challenges. By integrating various modalities from behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic theories, she tailors therapy to meet the needs of each individual.

Personal statement

Billi studied integrative psychotherapy, which means she integrates humanistic, psychodynamic, and behavioural methods into her work. With her experience, she can draw on whichever modality feels most appropriate and authentic for each client. Since the foundation of therapy is the therapeutic relationship itself, she collaborates with her clients to identify behavioural patterns and challenge core beliefs in alignment with their values. Billi uses her expertise to help clients enhance and expand their emotional skills. Her mission is to explore the diversity of human experience with empathy and without judgment, empowering her clients to live a life free from emotional burdens.

Additional information about research, publications, and interests

Billi has been researching Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, which is not yet available in the UK and is still in the developmental stages of research globally. Recently, the UK has approved the use of microdosing ketamine for treatment-resistant depression, a field in which she has been involved at a London clinic.
