Nicole is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over six years of experience supporting adults and seniors with various mental health difficulties. She has worked with older adult hospital community teams, acute hospital services (both NHS and private), a private practice, and currently works in the Nightingale Hospital OCD inpatient service.

Nicole has extensive experience in assessing and treating a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, BDD, phobias, grief, health anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, stress, and emotional dysregulation. She begins by getting to know her clients and understanding the challenges they face.
Nicole’s therapeutic approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Trauma (CBT-T), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness. She tailors her methods to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
