Personal statement
Lei Myo takes an integrative approach to her work, adapting person-centred, Gestalt, Jungian, Psychoanalytic and Psychosynthesis theories. The heart of her work is mindfulness, with respect to where a client currently is in their life.
Lei Myo understands that life can sometimes be hard, challenging, frustrating and lonely. She also intuitively understands how therapy can support someone throughout these journeys; and how it can make an individual empowered, accepting, liberated and aware of their situations. She does this by providing her clients with a safe, respectful and sometimes challenging space.
Lei Myo works with her clients in a space where they can collaboratively explore how to navigate the challenges within their current life; whilst living with purpose, meaning and creativity through psychological and spiritual growth.
